ダウン症の 2 人の子供の親として、著者は、米国の障害を持つ人々の
80% が失業していることを知りました。
彼らは故郷のノースカロライナ州ウィルミントンに小さなコーヒーショップを
開くことを決め、主に知的障害と発達障害を持つ人々を雇用しました.
現在、11 の州とコロンビア特別区に 17 の所有およびフランチャイズの店舗があり、
